Delivery

We deliver via the pallet distribution network and look to deliver within three working days of an order being placed. The delivery company will confirm delivery day.

The delivery vehicle contains a tail-lift and pallet truck and the pallet will be unloaded onto a firm surface - ideally tarmac or concrete.

The price of The Yard wood pellet bedding includes delivery to England, Scotland and Wales however a surcharge will be applied to outlying areas and this will be indicated at time of order.

We reserve the right to restrict these delivery services at any time and alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

Returns Policy

All unopened goods in their original condition can be returned within 7 days for a full, no-quibble refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery). Please contact us by calling: 01285 648240 to arrange a return and discuss any queries you may have.
